Fasting Tips

Hello lovely Ana’s,

Fasting makes me feel soooo good and strong but here are some tips to make it easier. 

  • Spin around in circles, it will make you too dizzy and nauseous to eat.
  • Always have water with you.
  • Drink ice cold water when possible.
  • If you feel hungry, drink some hot green tea, the heat can suppress your appetite.
  • Caffeine suppresses your appetite as well.
  • Chew sugar free gum.
  • Take a nap.
  • Read.
  • Clean something.
  • Take a shower or bath.
  • Whiten your teeth.
  • Go for a run.
  • Do some crunches.
  • Stretch.
  • Do yoga.
  • Try enjoying hunger pangs.
  • Weigh yourself.
  • Look at your self naked and pinch your fat.
  • Take a nice long walk, with or without your dog.
  • Try 0 calorie Mio water enhancers.
  • Look at thinspo if you feel hungry.
  • Go on Pro Ana blogs.
  • Make a Fasting Journal and write about how you feel during the fast, why you want to fast, and the benefits of fasting.
  • Make a list of “bad” foods. Periodically, cross one of the list and pledge to never, ever eat it again. Eventually there will be none left.
  • Munch on some ice, it will trick your brain.
  • Make your own list of tips you think will help you.
  • Always have a To-Do list so you are never bored.
  • Try to stick to plain, distilled water. Zero calorie soda can make you gain weight in the long run, but if you feel it is necessary, go ahead and drink DIET drinks only.
  • Watch people eat and notice how disgusting it looks.
  • Dance like crazy to an upbeat song.
  • Make an After-Fast food plan to slowly introduce different foods back into your diet so you don’t gain all the weight back.
  • Make a weight loss blog, you wouldn’t want to disappoint your followers by failing your fast, right?
  • If you’re new to fasting, try a juice fast first.
  • NEVER break a fast with a heavy meal.
  • The first 3 days are the hardest, so just think about how good you’ll feel once you conquer those 3 days..
  • Eat light the night before you begin the fast.
  • Try drinking a large glass of water at least once every hour.

Back and better than ever 

Sorry ladies I was having a couple bad days but I’m back bitches. Stronger and skinnier than ever. 

I convinced my parents to let me go vegan so now all I eat during dinner is vegetables if I even eat at all 🙂 

I’ll be back with a longer more focused post tonight but this is just a quick update

Hello Ladies,
Thought I’d add some recent rules my friend Ana has told me.
being thin is more important than 
being healthy. you want to be skin-
remember these 
1. If you aren’t thin you aren’t
2. Being thin is more important
 than being healthy.
3. You must buy clothes, style 
your hair, take laxatives, starve 
yourself, do anything to make
 yourself look thinner.
4. Thou shall not eat without 
feeling guilty.
5. Thou shall not eat fattening
 food without punishing oneself 
6. Thou shall count calories and
 restrict intake accordingly.
7. What the scale says is the most
 important thing.
8. Losing weight is good/gaining 
weight is bad.
9. You can never be too thin.
10. Being thin and not eating are 
signs of true will power and success
11. Ana is a lifestyle not a diet

When you’re feeling weak…

Hello Skinny Ana’s,

Here are some tips for when you are feeling weak:

1. Pinch your thing and see how you don’t need food. You need to burn calories not add more.

2. Go to the library. You can research dieting, do work, read a book, but the beauty of it is, since no food or drink is allowed, you’ll have no choice but to abstain from a meal.

3. Buy some baby teething gel and rub it on your tongue, this numbs your taste buds.

4. Chew the food but don’t swallow it. Spit it in the garbage.

5. The scent of coffee has been proven to lessen ones appetite.

6. Pinch your ear! Apply pressure to the front of the ear, one at a time.The front ear is apparently a pressure point, in the area that controls hunger.

7. If you’e feeling brave enough to face the kitchen, go there and throw out any potential binge foods.

8. Let perfume replace chocolate. Every time you have a craving, or pass a baker, sniff some Chanel ;). Apply it to a tissue and carry it with you. Smell has a powerful effect on appetite.

9. Clean something. Cleaning something dirty can make you lose your appetite. The toilet, the litter box, under the kitchen sink, scrubbing out the garbage bin, anything grimy or smelly. The mess, along with the smell of the cleaner, can put you off food for a while.

10. Become an artist. Ana’s are extremely creative. Collect pictures of skinny girls, start a blog, write ana poetry.
