Dear Ana’s,

Today I am back with some not so well known diets that have been known to work in the past. Enjoy!

  • The 3 Day Fruit Flush
    • Breakfast:
      1 piece of high-carb fruit (banana, large pear, ½ mango)
      total: varies
    • Lunch:1 piece high-fiber fruit (apple, plums, ½ cup berries)
      total: varies
    • Dinner:
      1 piece citrus fruit (orange, small grapefruit, tangerine, 2 clementines)
    • total: varies
      total: 220- 310 calories, 1 gm fat.

 

  •  The Russian Gymnast Diet
    • Breakfast:

      Glass of either orange or apple juice

    • Lunch:
      Fruit Salad (made of kiwi fruit, orange, pineapple, and peeled apples)
      Glass of fruit juice (from one of the above fruits)
    • Dinner:
      Glass of non carbonated water
      Green apple (granny smith)
      Anyone on this diet for 5-7 days can loose between 4 lbs-11 lbs

 

  • The Caroline Kettlewell Diet
    • Breakfast:
      ½ cup fat-free yogurt (100 cals)
      total: 100 calories, 0 gms fat
    • Lunch:
      1 clementine or 1 small orange ( 45 cals)
      total: 45 calories, 0 gms fat
    • Dinner:
      3 bites of dinner (approx. 100 cals) total: 100 calories, 2 gms fat
    • total: 245 calories, 2 gms fat

Eating like this doesn’t promise long-lasting benefits.. it’s a quick fix and honestly isn’t healthy for you body or mind… you need to eat at least 1200 calories a day… anything less than that can cause a lot of problems — muscle loss, hair loss, looking sick, ruining your skin and nails, weakening your bones, and so so so many other problems… you’ll age horribly and by the time you’re 30 you’ll look 60 and feel too weak to function…. anorexia isn’t worth losing your life for… food isn’t your enemy, YOU ARE. Learn to love yourself and stop treating yourself like shit. If you want to look like Alexis Ren then you NEED TO EAT A HEALTHY AMOUNT OF FOOD EVERY DAY (1200-2,500 calories a day depending on your weight and goals) AND EXERCISE AT LEAST 2 DAYS A WEEK… Alexis actually eats food in order to maintain her weight.. and promoting the amorexis life-style to other people is not only damaging to them and their self-esteem, but is completely selfish to make other young girls feel like this is what they have to do in order to love themselves and be beautiful.. it’s selfish to make others feel as low as you do.. THIS IS NEVER THE RIGHT WAY TO LIVE YOUR LIFE.
    I’m guessing you’re a pre-teen… I’m sorry you feel this way about yourself and I want you to learn to GENUINE accept and love your self as you are… never do anything for male approval – their approval is. not directly proportionate to your self worth.. if you can’t love yourself now, losing weight won’t make you love yourself – it will never be enough and you will keep hurting yourself… PLEASE SEE THAT YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL AND YOU DESERVE BETTER THAN SUBJECTING YOURSELF TO ANOREXIA… this is self-abuse… YOU DESERVE A HEALTHY AND HAPPY EXISTENCE and YOU are the only person you can give that to yourself – you just have to be willing to do so and be SMART about it.. until then, you have a lot to learn, young lady.

I was researching and came across this and I think it’s appalling. Do you know what is attractive ? To be comfortable in your own skin.starving yourself is awful. Eating disorders aren’t a good thing, with all the pro ana stuff why don’t you read about why anorexia is bad for you? And you are encouraging this behavior just by having a pro ana blog. Anorexic people are weak-minded so they probably won’t litsen to a disclaimer and will only hear and take from this what they want to, kinda like what you do with eating disorders, taking the positive and forgetting ITS A DISORDER.       Help you get real. Eat, you’ll feel good and stay in shape. Food isn’t your enemy, it’s laziness. You are choosing the easy (and dangerous) way to lose weight that you probably don’t even NEED to lose.

      I’ve got big biceps and a rigid hard stomach, but I didn’t get it by starving myself; hell, I got it for STUFFING myself full of delicious, bountiful foods high in valuable nutrients.

  17. all these models you are showing have a very steady diet . Me being a model for 3 years now i know that everyone top in the business eats 4 meals a day and try to intake 2,500 calories so we can then work out and turn it into muscele! Girls that you show like alexis ren eats hella loads, how else would she get all the energy to travel around the world 🙂 There’s a difference between unhealthy skinner (like all you girls that actually use this) and beautiful skinny ( which would be all the models that actually feed themselves and look after there body!!!) honestly not one of the fitness models you showed starve themselves , so maybe you should get a brain and instead of depriving your body of energy and nutrition you should feed, love, get active and take care of your body before your body shuts down ❤ if anyone needs help overcoming a ED or just need motivation to love themselves feel free to contact me @ email: justlivyxx@gmail.com

  18. Whole food plant based. Look at the Chinese (pre 1980 before McDonald’s showed up) they lived on rice and vegetables. On average consume more calories then us and are less active. They rarely ate meat or dairy, like special occasions rarely. This works due to the high caloric content of meat and dairy. And yes you can get protien (only need 30-50 grams per day) from plant sources such as beans and quinoa. There is more calcium in almond milk then regular and the unsweetened versions can be as low as 30 calories per serving! Ladies I have been where you are! Desperate and suffering! I put my body through too much! This way of eating ensures that you give your body the nutrients it so desperately needs, but will also keep you low calorie enough to shed the pounds in a healthy way. Google Dr John McDougall. He’s all over YouTube as well. Listen to him! He saved my life! This can save yours too!

  20. I lost 20 lbs on my current diet:

    Breakfast: 1/2 Fiber One Lemon Bar (45 cals), 40 mg of Adderal or 75 mg of Vyvanse (ADHD/ADD medicine suppresses your apetite)
    Lunch: 2 cups sliced carrots (60 cals) with 2 tbsp. Salsa (20 cals)
    Dinner: 1/2 tortilla (50 cals), miso soup (40 cals), 1 small apple (58 cals)
    1 hr. Cardio, running uphill 20% incline on treadmill (800 cals)
    2 sets of thigh gap exercise (look up thigh gap exercise set online)
