Here is my daily update. I wanted to stay under 400 calories and I did but I still feel really crappy😦

Breakfast: Apple Tea- o calories

Lunch: Chocolate Chip Cookie (Medium)- 120 Calories

Snack: Pink Lady Apple- 55 Calories

Dinner: 6″ sub w/ grilled chicken and cheese (subway)- 370 Calories
Granny Smith Apple- 50 Calories

Workout: Physical Therapy (40 Minutes)- 201 Calories

Total: Food- 595 Calories
Exercise- -201 Calories
Net- 394 Calories

Current Weight: 133.5 LB
